Billy Campbell (innate July 7, 1959) is an actor who starred in the television series Once and Again. He was natural within Charlottesville, Virginia. He too played the gay character in Amistead Maupin's Tales of the City, More Tales of the City, & More Tales of the City. He is presently guest starring on The OC. His film credits include The Rocketeer, ''Bram Stoker's Dracula and Enough. Recently, he has manufactured the successful career away from swimming villains, such as the messianic alien abduction survivor on The 4400, a college prof accused of raping a student on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and serial killer Ted Bundy in the made-for-TV movie The Stranger Beside Me'', based on true crime author Ann Rule's book.
